travelling. We cover in detail the preparation and research
that is required prior to embarking on their trip so
that they will be confident to travel safely away from
home.

Depending on where they intend to travel they will
be advised on how to conduct themselves to avoid causing
embarrassment or offence.

or daughter recognise a dangerous situation and avoid
a confrontation?
We will teach them how to recognise a dangerous situation,
evaluate the situation and avoid it. We will conduct
a number of scenarios to practice conflict avoidance.

they able to conduct a risk assessment?
We will demonstrate to them how to conduct a risk
assessment that will enable them to make an informed
decision whilst they are away travelling.

Do they know how
to generate money and then more importantly, look after
their money?
We will advise them on how they can generate their
own funds to finance their travel without relying to
heavily on their parents! We will then teach them how
to safeguard their money.

Are they medically
prepared for their trip?
We will make sure that they are aware of the medical
requirements for the Countries that they are visiting
and recommend how to obtain medical advice whilst they
are away.

Do they know how to
obtain Foreign Office advice and contact the Embassy?
We will inform of the advice that is available and
how to contact Embassies and what they can do in the
case of an emergency.

How are you going to
keep in touch with them?
By mobile, telephone, chargecard, email, letter, poste
restante? We will talk about the advantages and disadvantages
of how your son or daughter should and can communicate
with you in order that you know where they are!

What will it cost and
how much are you prepared to loan them!
As experienced travellers we know how much trips can
cost. We will inform them of likely expenditure and
how to budget and get the best deals in order to ease
the financial pressure on you.

properly protected?
We will guide them to the insurance companies that
will be able to provide the protection for them.
